Les ENTREMETS

Our versions of the sweet course. An entremet is served usually as a dessert. Each cake is traditionally multi-layered, with cream fillings and other ingredients to excite the tastebuds with complementary or contrasting flavours and textures to bestow complete enjoyment.

Each of our cakes is individually adorned with hand crafted decorations and weighs approximately 1 kg. Various of these are also available in larger sizes with increments of 1 kg.
